If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due at your pre-surgical visit, two weeks prior to surgery. We accept personal and certified checks, but not business checks.

We accept all major credit cards two weeks prior to surgery, including:

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN

Due to the current economic crisis, financing is very difficult or impossible to attain. Currently, we are not affiliated with a financial institution offering financing options.
